Since the beginning of the pandemic, Philip Trangmar, the Parish Administrator of St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church has been hosting a virtual Zoom coffee hour at 10 AM EDT Sunday mornings for parishioners, welcoming to all The meetings are a pleasant virtual social get together of folks on and off the island, and I have found them a comforting way to touch base with St. Barth during these difficult times. Participants take turns giving updates on themselves and there is usually an enjoyable round table question such as "What's your favorite beach on St. Barth?" For those who wish to view them, Mr. Trangmar uploads the church's Sunday service in segments to YouTube, which can be viewed prior to the coffee hour. One segment is the meditation. For the meditation segment this week Philip made a beautiful short film of some of my underwater photographs with a wonderful musical accompaniment played by local musicians. Here is this week's meditation.

It’s a wonderful world..above and below the waterline.
