Hi! A few years ago we saw that there were a couple new 1-BR units opening up on the beachfront but I cannot locate them via the villa rental companies. Any ideas of ho manages these? Thanks very much!

I think St Barth Properties lists them. Check there website: www.stbarth.com.
Probably listed with other agencies as well.

By "newest," I was thinking of the four recently built one bedroom units that have a pathway to St. Jean beach and are directly down the street from Eden Rock. I searched a few villa rental websites and couldn't find them listed. I wonder if they've become full year rentals.

The pathway to Lil' Rock from main road to beach on the left side walking down toward beach before you get to Lil' Rock?
