using the online topographical map's measurement tools, I come up with considerably steeper average grade at the Merlette road. believe lots of car models incapable of climbing Merlette road.

We have been up to that gallery. Steep and difficult to turn around on as there is one way in and out.

Coming out of Lorient up the hill to the Pte. Milou turnoff is steep. In rain we see vehicles who slip and slide on the way up and sometimes don’t make it and have to turn around and try again.
