I have seen people that live on the other side of the runway cross along the beach to get over to the bar areas many times. Cass I'm guessing that the water cannon is another example of your outstanding sense of humor.

As I get older I attempt to limit my confrontations, so possibly getting more gentlemanly, however on the other side as a scholar I am losing ground. Always nice to see you on the forums.

We visited Nov 16-22 and had no problem crossing the beach by the runway in the daytime when planes were flying. At least, no one stopped us!

In December, the stupid people who stood at the end of the runway, gawking or taking selfie, when planes were landing or getting ready to take off were yelled at via loud speaker. You didn't need to speak French to understand what they were saying. Dumbas**

When planes were not active, people walked back and forth without incident.
