We’ve all seen that the location, with the right menu, ambiance, and staffing, can be successful. Time will tell how this newest concept, and its implementation, fares.
For a restaurant with a tIny kitchen, limited and/or remote storage, no walls, and no roof? The rent is not so bad, LOL. For the shops, the rent is huge.
I can point out both vacant and expected future restaurant spaces where the requested rent is €10K - €20K a month. If ever occupied at those prices, I don’t expect to dine there regularly. With that much of a nut to start with, prices will be huge.
