Two words that make me sweat....

"Shopping Day"

Depends what one is shopping for. If you just arrived on the island and are stocking the Villa, it is the can’t wait to open the chilled Rose and consume some of those delicious cheeses and pates. If you are shopping for say hardware to replace what has bean corroded by the salt in the air at your villa Dennis for example than UGH! Everything is “free” on the island until the credit card bill comes when you are back on the mainland. After all those Euros are ‘funny money” aren’t they? LOL!

It's your job to make sure she stays hydrated, Menace. I recall reading where a Forum Friend once brought his Shopping Lady une coupe de champagne during her excursion. Food for thought...

I have bad memories of that place since it won the worst service award years ago in a prior incarnation.

We made it through that zone unscathed.

Other areas not so much.

But I did get an early Christmas present that tells time so I kinda feel pretty good about the day.

Excellent lunch at Shellona eased the pain.
