Happy Thanksgiving. If I was on St Barts and not cooking I would go with La Portugal today. The roasted chicken! With a very local community.

You would also find me there. I started my career as a mason in the 60’s, both brick and stone. Still enjoy hanging with the blue collar type masons found at Le Portugal. Great food and cooking is a bonus there with very reasonable prices.

Coming from the beach, it’s past the Normandie on the right. It has formerly been known as Le Wok, Dom Wok, and Les Artistes. Years ago, it was a disco.
