Breakfast:

Scrambled farm-fresh eggs with cheese and Paris Ham, a grind of Trader Joe’s Pink Himalayan Salt and a grind of Trader Joe’s Rainbow Peppercorns on top. (Full disclosure - the hens actually laid the eggs yesterday)
Yesterday’s Pain Aux Figues - Fig Bread, toasted and slathered in French Butter
Mimosas
Apple Beignets and Chocolate Beignets for dessert. (You don’t have dessert with breakfast? Why not?)

While at the bakery I also picked up mini-sandwiches for lunch. 1) I just saved about $150 on lunch. 2) I fully intend to finish this bottle of Veuve Clicquot and possibly another. I don’t plan to drive until it’s time for dinner.

And now it is back to my usual morning entertainment - listening to the waves, and watching the surfers. Soon, I will have to decide on an album to stream to the SoundLink. Or not. The waves are good...

Liptonic new to us this past May, anyone know if it's sold in USA ? Never seen it here, but we liked it. Kevin you can cook for us anytime !
