La Crêperie has reopened after renovations. Alexandra and Eric have rearranged the interior, added some seating, and have redecorated. The menu is essentially the same, but I no longer see the Pasta Bolognese listed. We think that they have changed the flour that they use for their galettes, as we thought that they tasted better and were a bit lighter. It’s great to have a place where you can get a less expensive (for St Barth) meal open again. We had 2 galettes, an inexpensive bottle of wine, and some ice cream for less than €100
