Le Repaire is correct. As I always say about Repaire, Check The Specials Board. These eggs, Œufs Croustillant, make the board from time to time. They were excellent, and were available for both lunch and dinner. There was a choice of one egg as an app, or two as a main.
 
I have enjoyed that delightful presentation..just could not pinpoint it for a long time.
 
Looks delicious. Regarding similar item at Tamarin, I think that it has been dropped from the menu . . . which is too bad because it also was delicious!

It’s back at Tamarin, but as a different version. The current version is paired with Smoked Tuna.
 
This is the “other” Œuf Croustillant, from Tamarin. As mentioned, they have changed it up this year, and are now serving it with smoked tuna.
