Renee Ballard is the protagonist and together with Bosch they work cold cases. The book as expected is well written and flows as only Connelly can do. If you enjoy Bosch, you’ll like The Night Fire. Great read for the island with a glass of rose or maybe a latte and something from the boulangerie. Enjoy the read!
