To Roger Penske. As Indianapolis residents and long time ticket holders, we think this is s good move for the track and our city. Maybe a conflict of interest for Penske’s drivers.

At least new there is strong business management at IMS. The prior family were abysmal, escpecially the breakup of C.A.R.T. which at the time was the best open wheel racing in the world. Tony ran the best series into the ground with the advent of Indy, remember those stupid slogans "I am Indy".

Roger has announced he intends to bring Formula 2 back to ‘INDY’ and 24 Hour Le Mans. He went on to say there is enough room there to make the space the ‘entertainment capital of the country. As a multi billionaire, he has the wherewithal to do these things but he is 82. Hopefully he has many years left to be with us.

Mr. Penske is a true gentleman and family man. I had the pleasure of working for him. Denise and I had the good luck of being his guest at the Indy 500 the last time Helio C. won the 500.
