Wow...that’s a lot of turtles! I believe a group of turtles like that is termed a “bale”. Nice shots, KZ!

A word of advice to all - give some thought to just where you feed turtles. I've had a turtle (never fed close to the villa on my watch) wander inside and leave a large "present". Twice in two days.

Not to put too fine a point on it....but they are actually tortoises. The term “turtle” encompasses tortoises but is broader to include those that live in water. Tortoises live on land.

My most successful bale bait is fruit slices. They first came for water, and then of course I felt the need to supplement.

Sharon has been slicing up apples for them. Apples are high in fiber and low in sugar. They have a lot of moisture as well. Turtles seem to dig it. There are some unintended consequences. A turtle orgy usually follows dinner.

Stayed twice, loved the view, didn't care for the dark pool, nice shower. Lots of keys for different locks. Had some visitors but not as many as you had ! How did I guess it was Chloe ? the shingles & the rock wall ledge. Great view too of St Jean, 1 nite as leaving for dinner, spectacular fireworks from Eden Rock, probably a wedding.
