    the old La Licorne club

I had not been here in fifteen years, they have renovated inside and outside. really cool huge mango tree outside. they only rent this out for private events, so no longer a night club. It was a fun place to have a party, there were around 80 of us, plenty of room.

It looks a lot nicer now than it did the last time that I saw it. Nice to have another event space too.

definitely better Kevin, last time I was there, everything was dirty and smelled like smoke. there is also a nice new bathroom.

might be a good place for one of Eddyg's get togethers. they don't supply anything, you bring your own booze and food. it was nice last night as everyone brought either a covered dish, pizza's and desserts. and of course champagne.

Diana, is that club in Lurin? Looks like a nice venue.

It's in Lorient, next to the restaurant called La Boheme...

nice to see the place open again, if only for private events, we went to a few weddings there in the old days when it was also a nightclub...

    Ellen-
On a different subject, What thoughts, if any, have been given to extending the time each year for the St. Barth Weekly to be published? I believe it is November thru mid April? Maybe just not enough visitors and therefore advertising to support during the 'low season'?
