Knew it was Francois but too late to post the answer first. We liked the food but service was consistently off when we dined there on several occasions earlier this year. Please share your experience.

Had lunch at Francois last year. Loved the setting and thought the service was good. Food was just ok, especially given the prices. Didn't return this past May and probably won't next year.
