I acknowledge being somewhat "old school". Yes, you can wear anything that makes you comfortable. However, I cringe when I see a beautifully attired woman accompanied (at dinner) by a guy in a tee shirt and baggy cargo shorts. Nice shorts and a collared shirt--fine. My husband wears long pants in the evening by preference, I think guys should try to "up" their game a little when their companions are dressing up. Just my "two cents".
