Kiara House and Caramba

Hello all,

We are planning a trip and would be interested in your impressions of these two villas. Kiara House looks like it might be new to the market. We wonder about privacy in both villas, especially Caramba with its neighbor Little Caramba.

Both are lovely properties in their own right. Love the ocean view from Caramba!

we have not stayed in either villa....but we stayed in the general area of Kiara House (very quiet area). One item to note is that if you plan on spending a lot of time in Gustavia (dinners, late nights, etc) you will find that the drive back to the villa (if you have a rental car vs using a taxi) can be "challenging" at night...

I’ve stayed 4 times in Kiara house, then the name changed to villa rock house. If it’s the same one it is located in Vitet

Little Caramba was on our short list one year. That visit, we drove out to the end of the point and took in the views from the big rock there. Looking down, we noticed the whole villa was in full view. The bigger "parent" villa was more secluded.
