Zion St-Barth, the new restaurant in the former Hideaway space, opens on Monday, June 17, at 19:00. I have been unable to find menu information anywhere, but the presence of a Chef's Table on Wednesday through Saturday nights tells me that it's very different from Hideaway.
The hours are posted on their web page as Lunch 12:00 - 14:00 Monday through Friday, and Dinner 19:00 - 22:00 Monday - Saturday. The Chef's Table hours posted on their web page are 19:00 - 22:00 Wednesday through Saturday, by advance telephone reservation only.
