Senior Insider
Zion St-Barth, the new restaurant in the former Hideaway space, opens on Monday, June 17, at 19:00. I have been unable to find menu information anywhere, but the presence of a Chef's Table on Wednesday through Saturday nights tells me that it's very different from Hideaway.

The hours are posted on their web page as Lunch 12:00 - 14:00 Monday through Friday, and Dinner 19:00 - 22:00 Monday - Saturday. The Chef's Table hours posted on their web page are 19:00 - 22:00 Wednesday through Saturday, by advance telephone reservation only.

They have a presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The website is https://www.zion-sbh.com It is best viewed in Safari on iOS, or you can get deeper into the website with other browsers by bypassing the home page and going to https://www.zion-sbh.com/reserve-a-table

Thanks, Jean!

Can't wait to hear about this place. We are coming end of July / first week of August so i will be on the lookout for reviews prior. We loved the Hideaway so much for first night pizza! Great location as well.

Looks like a beautiful kitchen, which must be very important to the proprietor / chef.

Cass . . . I'm assuming that the "chef's table" refers to a communal dining table where the chef serves whatever he feels like preparing for people sitting there -- kind of like a table d'hôte. Is that what you're thinking?

Stopped at Zion last night for an after dinner drink. Met & had a long, lovely conversation with chef / owner, “JB.” He’s charming and extremely thoughtful about his restaurant. Menu looks wonderful (there is a good amount of fresh fish available), & decor is stunning. Lunch service will be added a week from Monday (July 1). I think JB has a big hit in this gracious new spot.

It looks like Zion will begin opening for lunch tomorrow, 6/24. From FB:

"From tomorrow, we welcome you also at noon, from Monday to Friday.
Bistro atmosphere at the Zion "Saint Barth" for your lunches!"

I wonder if it will be the same menu?

Interesting, Kevin, because owner/chef JB told me on Thursday that lunch would only start on Monday, July 1. Looks like they moved up the date.
