My Friend

Glad to know that Rosie & Ellen have arrived safely & where they're supposed to be, hoping for the best for both of you !

Prayers that the operation was a shining success, Rosie and Ellen. Is there any further word?

Hi, yes it turns out that the visit to Paris was really for an exploratory diagnostic look at something in his brain they didn't like the looks of on the MRI they did in Guadeloupe.
They went in through the femoral artery in his right leg and up into the brain to look around and it turns out everything was okay and no further surgery was needed The Fondation Rothschild is not bad as hospitals go, and known for their professionalism in brain and eye problems. The neurologist have him a clean bill of health - not it's just more physical therapy when possible, for the moment the therapist is not working.
Then we spent a week at the hotel in Paris after 4 days in the hospital and we got out of Paris just in time and are glad to be back in SBH, even though we are confined to the house.
Thanks!!

Hi Ellen, Thank you for the update on Rosie's health. Now you know there is nothing
lurking out there to strike unexpectedly, which must give you both great peace of mind. And how wonderful that you are back home, even if you are confined. Lots of us would love to be confined where you are!!! We'll keep on praying for Rosie's complete recovery!

Hugs (virtual ones, of course!) Nancy and Bill
