Not really our cup of tea either, but amusing. I can't say that I have ever seen anything like it before. Only in St. Barts. Someone paid for a lot of worker salaries that day!

The observation I want to make is that it seems there is much more of well heeled people on the island in this usually slow time. Is it an effect of Irma and increased amount of information in the press about SBH after it came back fast?

Anyway, more people - more money to the Collectivity. I hope they (the Collectivity) will from their end invest more of the increased tax income in infrastructure, including the desalination plant.

Hmm, well here we go. Again not my cup of tea but it infused probably $10,000 into this economy and all of the workers here, who so sorely need it.
