CLAIR DE LUNE?

On the road to Grand Saline, on the left, just before you get to Le’Esprit de Claude du Four, is a lighted sign proclaiming Clair de Lune. Does anyone know what it is, or anything about it?

Yes it's a bed and breakfast that has been there for several years, run by Maryse - who used to run the restaurant Le Gommier, that was in the place where Meat and Potatoes most recently was...
I think the restaurant space has become part of the guest houses...

I think that you probably saw a sign for “Fleur de Lune” (https://www.st-barth-fleurdelune.com/en), which is a lovely, small “B&B” owned & operated by the very wonderful Maryse, formerly proprietress of “Le Gommier” restaurant, & her husband, Stephan. They have a beautiful young college-age daughter who recently recognized me in a restaurant, amazingly remembering our long ago acquaintance when she was a very young girl! Her parents were at a nearby table, so I was able to greet them, as well. Maryse is a charming, gracious hostess, & when Wendy & I had The Normandie, Fleur de Lune was one of the top places to which we referred people when we couldn’t accommodate them.

You are right. It is Fleur de Lune. I had never noticed the sign before this trip.
