On our visit to Grand Fond’s feet in the sand lunch at Le Toiny today, we asked our server about the dinner menu offered in the main dining room. Specifically, we were interested in their SIGNATURE dish, the truffle spaghetti prepared at your table and mixed and assembled and flambeed in a huge wheel of Reggiano Parmesan cheese. Sit down, and take a deep breath. That pasta dish has been removed from the menu.
