    Re: Casaroc near Isola

This might be too late, but I have stayed at Casaroc three times (just me and the wife). We love the location of the villa, a short walk to everything in Gustavia (although the last part of the walk is up a very steep hill, if that's a challenge for you). We really love almost everything about the villa... Except the pool. For some reason, they finished the pool with a gravelly texture which is incredibly uncomfortable. If you scrape the side of the pool, it will scratch you. There is a shallow section, which would be perfect for lounging in, if the pool wasn't so painful! The pool area can get lots of mosquitos, and because it is in Gustavia, you can get lots of noise sometimes (this didn't bother us, because we're city people). The views of Gustavia are wonderful. Let me know if I can tell you anything else!
