It might be an idea to review all of the sticky notes to determine if they are relevant and helpful to Forum members. For example in this locale the first note refers to '2015 Rates' and things have changed since then. In the second sticky note, the 'Villa Code Search' link no longer works. There may be other sticky notes in the other areas of the Forum that may need to be changed, eliminated, updated or 'preened.' ASA always thanks for your help on this matter.
