Help finding villa for Bucket and our 25th

We need help to find a villa to rent in March for our 25th wedding anniversary.


We had rented a villa from (a well known agency) for the 2018 Bucket which was damaged from Irma. We told them we understood and to just move our reservation to 2019. I called them Tuesday to see if we could add more days to our reservation and they then informed us that the villa is still not repaired and they can't guarantee that it will be ready for March. Now it seems that most everything is booked. We planned these dates with several friends well in advance and had even spoken with the Vicar about renewing our wedding vows.


Our Ideal dates are March 15 - April 2. The villa that we had rented is (https://www.wimco.com/villas/villa.aspx?pid=906034).
Please let us know if you have any ideas. We are on the Island now until 12/19/18 and looking diligently. ​

Curious how many bedrooms you are looking for if you are looking for a villa that would provide a nice view of the boats passing. I am here and am not in any way in real estate but have a number of friend who own rental villas.
 
It is just for the two of us. So one bedroom would do but two is always nice. As far as view and location, It was important when we chose this villa two years ago. But, since the agency waited until most of the island was booked to inform us of the problem, we can't be too picky.
 
We always stay at the same Villa in Pte. Milou. You rent by the bedroom. One bedroom is the same price as two. It is located in Pte. Milou and a walk from the Christopher Hotel. Gooogle Villa Fregate and see what you think. Good luck and Bon Voyage!
 
I looked at Affriole on VRBO and that site says it's booked for your days. I'm sorry, I looked at their direct site and I guess the calendar wasn't up-to-date.

Also try Villa Bonjour. It shows available. We rent another villa from Mariane, the owner; she keeps her properties very nice and is a wonderful host. If it appeals to you, you might save a little if you rent directly from her on VRBO. Here are two links to it:

Hi Karen,

I had suggested to Chad that you look on airbnb... there are a few places available for those dates in a lot of locations and prices...this link should take you to the listings...I think you'll find something... Ellen
