Road Open in Lorient?

I arrive Tuesday and trying to find out if the road to Grand Cul de Sac is open in Lorient. Is the construction complete near Jo Jo's?

Unlikely. Went out that way yesterday and road projects are far from complete. Eastbound traffic is controlled by a temporary light and westbound is detoured through petite saline, etc.

Our impression from previous years, watching the roadwork in action, is that Bruno gets the job done without a lot of delays. Our forecast is this work will be completed long before May of next year. But then there is always the next project up- change never ceases!
