Good news for us Canadians, or those close enough to drive/connect.
Just got notice that Air Canada will add a 2nd weekly flight to their winter SXM schedule.
Effective December 19, the Toronto to SXM route will be flown on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Only negative is the late arrival into SXM at 4:15pm which will make same day connections nearly impossible.
with the Westjet increase to 4 days per week (from 20 November), Toronto will have 6 weekly nonstops to SXM this winter. The Westjet arrival at 3pm on Tue/Thu/Fri and Sun is much better for connections on the way down.
