    DIRTY LAUNDRY SINCE IRMA?

Where can laundry be done? There were a couple of places once but I donít know where to look any more.

Look for Miss Clean in the storefronts across from the airport, but I don’t know if they’re open. Expect a minimum weight, and a 2-3 day turnaround. The last time that I was there you needed to speak French. Writing down the following would get you by if you only spoke English:

    Nom
    L/S/P
    30C
    Sup

    That’s their short abbreviations for:
    Nom - Last Name
    L - Laver - Wash
    S - Sec - Dry
    P - Pliť - Fold
    30C - Cold Water
    Sup - Fabric Softener

Alternatively, ask your villa maid if she can do laundry for you for a price. The turnaround time is probably better.

Do Not use the dishwasher unless you want a kitchen full of suds, LOL.

I have no problem using the sink. Adult children find that to be somewhat beneath them.

Guess they also won’t be into jumping into a pool with a bar of Ivory Soap, and scrubbing both themselves and the clothes they’re wearing, LOL.

Traveling only with a small carry on when I come down next month. I believe I will be doing this a time or two during the trip.

You can also ask the villa maid if perhaps she could help out. Many will, and the offer of a few Euros might be further enticement.

Our Villa maids are happy to do the laundry for an extra charge.

Miss Clean has a translation list itís now point to what you want her to to. We really like using her. Be sure you point to day you need and time.
