Lobotes Surinamensis/Tripletail/Triple Queue/Dormeur

this species with its own genus is excellent to eat and is indigenous to saint-barth waters as well as tropical and sub-tropical waters around the globe. i've never heard of it in saint-barth. anyone run across it on a menu or in a market on le caillou ?

We have not seen 'Tripletail' on the island. We have had it at Deep Lagoon in Naples, Fl.- you can see it on their menu here-

It is not often on menus as far as we know even though it is not an uncommon fish.
