Tonnarelli al Nero di Seppia. Bottarga. Colli di Lapio Fiano di Avellino. Molto Bene. I see a trip to Capri in our near future. :cool:
 
Cass, Last night I enjoyed Bottarga on fresh made spaghetti with a razor clam sauce...darn good. We were at L'Isola and it was a wonderful special.
 
Dear, dear Amy, we'll be there dining at the bar Saturday, and if they're still offering that primo piatto we'll certainly have it. One of our faves. :up:
 
I had so much of that in Sicily ...loved it

but it comes two ways ...either from a mullet or a tuna and you want to make sure it's tuna because there is a significant difference in taste
