Island Flavors

We have done take out a number of times from Island Flavors during the past 2 weeks - can't say enough positive about this place so won't try other than saying really good Creole inspired food at prices that would even be reasonable off island. Great solution to meals on busy days that you just don't want to head to the Fish Market early or go out at night. We haven't tried Bistro Josephine, the sit down restaurant of Island Flavors, but suspect it too would be excellent.

That sounds good as we Prefer to mostly eat in

so whats good there ?

and where are they ?

Mike,

Get menu st. barth on FB or have them email it to you. It will show Island Flavors daily specials as well as Cre age and about 20 other places promoting their M-F plat de jours. We frequently pick these up at lunch time and re-heat for dinner. One of our favorites is the Baniniers ribs which we both feel are the best on island. 12 Euros.

Island Flavors is around the corner from the Sibarth office, the one near Baz Bar, not the new Sibarth office by Le Repaire. When you turn the corner, with Sibarth on your left, Island Flavors and Bistro Josephine are one block up on the right.

They also have a printed copy everyday in Marche U.

Osso Bucco for €14? I can't get it here for anywhere near that price. The €13 Duck Confit at Pipiri caught my eye too. They're both a bit heavy for lunch, but not for dinner.
