NYE Party with a SBH influence!

We're doing a progressive NYE party in the neighborhood tonight.

1st house is Italian.

We're 2nd and we're doing progressive Caribbean Influenced Food

3rd house is doing Japan.

I'm making a mini version of Sante Fe's Tomato Tart:

Also a version of a Gazpacho I had at Maya's. I'm adding a Spicy Crouton.

Carribean Shrimp, and Chicken Wings along with a Key Lime Tart round out our menu.

Oh...forgot...also those tasty Rosemary Roasted Cashews from the bar at Top of the Rock. Yummy!
 
rhum vanille is not native to Saint Barth as they made their rums with what grew on the island initially.. so check those out next time chez Ginette...
