Each of the guestrooms at Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa are different.

Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa, a newbuild beachfront boutique hotel in Grand Cul de Sac, part of a nature reserve on northeastern St. Barts, will open to guests on Nov. 1.
The 46 rooms and suites are each different, and most have plunge pools and ocean views. "They are designed to capture the essence of St. Barts with the use of natural materials and a lot of light," said Claire Hillau, the hotel's director of sales. "They are luxurious and chic, yet unpretentious and understated."
Facilities include four dining venues overseen by Michelin-starred French chef Guy Martin and direct beach access, plus, as its name suggests, a spa and fitness center -- Le Spa and Le Fitness, respectively.
Le Barthelemy is an independent, privately owned property with a team of 120 employees. It is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Hillau said there are plans to bring travel agents to the property starting around mid-November. "Our advance bookings look very good at this point, but we want more."
Rates start at approximately $680 per room, per night, double and include roundtrip transfers, daily breakfast, complimentary propertywide Wifi, use of water sports equipment and access to Le Fitness.

Can't wait for reviews of the restaurant with their starred chef!
Amy and Phil- when are you going to share pics and comments?

We drove over there this morning, and it appears they are close to being ready. There are still plenty of workers on site, and some scaffolding is still in place. It's hard to say whether they will be 100% by November 1, but they should be able to receive guests.

looks nice. did you notice if they cleaned up the construction debris along the water's edge over there?

Major clean up has been done..still more to do.,the patience of the Ondine's staff and guests has been truly remarkable. I salute them

Thank you for the update. Given the credentials of the chef, if he stays around, unlike Jean Georges at ER, it could be at the level of Tamarin and L'Espirit.

Went back six months on Guy Martin's Twitter. Most recent post 23:00 heures hier soir. Only mention of Le Barthélemy is a retweet a few months back. Tweets about Le Grand Vefour, of course, his cooking school, his resto at aéroport CDG, his brief presence at The Brando in Polynesia where he presumably has an arrangement similar to Le Barthélemy (?), and misc other engagements.
I don't think we should expect Monsieur Martin to "stay around" any more than J-GV does.
