Friday Moules-Frites at Santa Fé this week. From FB:

Les moules de bouchots sont dans l'avion!! La journée moules frites est reportée au vendredi 19 août.


The bouchots mussels are on the plane!! The day moules frites is postponed to Friday, 19 August.

Oh the contradictions of modern life. We want things to be sustainable, local, blah blah blah and then the moules have to be shipped by air from France. Thank goodness for modern infrastructure.

Cass- I take that is a Moules farm? Have never seen one? Lots of questions- are they 'wild' or are they 'seeded' in place? Just do not know anything about them.
