Touch the photo icon Screen Shot 2016-08-03 at 1.38.12 PM.jpg

The dialogue shown below will appear. Navigate to the photo you wish to upload, Select and press Done.

When back from the select step, press Upload to insert the photo and then Add post.

Another tip -- if you ALWAYS take the photo in Landscape mode -- long side parallel to the ground with the Home button on the right -- the photos will appear rotated correctly.

If you take photos in Portrait mode -- long side perpendicular to the ground -- they will not post in the correctly, but will be at a 90º angle.

To correct a Portrait photo, just Edit and Crop a tiny bit and it will then post properly.

and how about in a private message to post a photo, I don't see the "from your computer" option?
 
If you use a site like Google Photos to host your pictures, you will be able to grab a URL for the image you want and post it that way.

I just realized that this will work for a computer but not the IPhone.
