Work-related Problem

Good day to everyone, I am a System Audit Analyst and recently our company is pursuing ISO certification. I know not all of you here have heard of ISO but I will try my luck :thinking1: We would like to pursue this because being an ISO certified company could improve the company’s overall quality and could open our company to new markets thus increasing our revenue. Going straight to my issue, I am tasked to find efficient corrective and preventive action (CAPA) software that we could use after the issuance of our certification. Anyone here who works in an ISO certified company? I need some recommendations or ideas regarding this matter. I hope someone can share their thoughts and would be able to help me. Hi! I don't have any idea about this software but have you tried asking Google?

I just remembered my nephew asking his mom how heaven looks like. The mom said she doesn't know. My nephew said, "Why don't you ask Google? You said Google knows everything!" :laughing-cry:
