HAS ANYONE STAYED AT THIS VILLA IN TOINY

I haven't, but man-oh-man...it's beautiful!!!

I'm pretty sure it's right on the main road and there is construction nearby at the moment.

I think it is below the main road if I am not mistaken? If I have the right place there are two villas there that are closer to the water than Le Toiny. I know someone who rented one of them a couple of years ago and was very pleased. I would have worried about an odor from the salt pond below the villa but they said they neither saw it nor smelled it. As Gayle mentioned, there is construction on the other side of the main road a little further down away from Toiny. I'm not sure if it would be a problem.

I wonder when construction on the road through Grand Fond will begin . . . that could become an issue.

It would seem the new construction at Le Toiny could pose a sound issue

Toiny plans to be reopening December 2016, so Feb 2017 sounds doable.
