No I did not have to present a health certificate. there were 3 women in the office and the one that was helping me asked me if I had a certificate and I said no. she shrugged her shoulders and gave me my t shirt (which is free) and my number.

they may be more concerned with people actually running the race than the people walking the race.

there was a 5 euro entrance fee. well worth the money.
