1 bedroom cottage near Saline.

Hello everyone-
is anyone familiar with the property near Saline that has 2 one bedroom cottages? One of the cottages looks like new construction and we are planning on renting it for a week in January. It does not have any reviews so I was curious if anyone on the forum has seen it.

Looks charming . . . and, though it says that the cottage has AC, I suspect it may be only in the bedroom. You might want to check about screens elsewhere. The water view makes it look like it's more than a "step" to Saline . . . but it's clearly in the neighborhood. The rates are incredibly low.

According to the listing it's new and there are no reviews. With the kitchen outside its probably just the bedroom and bathroom so the AC does both. Certainly is secluded. The wood throughout is nice.

Rates are competitive with other "bungalow" accommodations on the island.

We moved forward with booking for a week in January. It looks like an interesting property and a great value.
I will certainly review after our stay.
