Long Term Villa Rental

Looking for anyone interested in a long term villa rental. I have a one bedroom, fully furnished villa, located in Vitet with pool/WiFi and spectacular view of Marigot Bay, Petite and Grande Cul de Sac. It is currently being rented on a weekly basis (lots of great reviews). Trying to make fewer trips to the island. I know, crazy right? This is really a good deal for people that want to spend high season on island and at a really good rate. Minimum rental is 6 months- max 1 year.

I have been in this villa. My friends rented it for 2 weeks. It is quite nice for a couple. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice wood cabinetry throughout. Nice breezes if I recall as well and a pretty view.
