Bill and I had the always, amazingly tasty Oussaous ( lg shrimps) at Sante Fe for lunch...... And the housemate Passion Rhum was a very tasty ending. Manu and team always the best.

Cool photo.

I really loved it before I even saw the food! The weird blurry reflection contrasting with the sharpness of the face is really cool.

The food doesn't look half bad either!

we always have the Oussaous for dinner everytime we travel to SBH (which is 3 times a year) ..very unique dish..but call Manu in advance so he can order

Those ouassous look tasty, you can get a bigger prawn at the Grain de Sel if you want size

Thanks for the heads up, Jordan. Sometimes in life, perhaps often in life, size matters. That said, the preparation and the staff keep me going back to Santa Fe for the dish.
