Winair unable to provide receipts for past flights?

We have trip delay insurance and are trying to get a receipt/itinerary so we can process a refund through our credit card. They need to see the receipt, but Winair says they need the ticket # from the itinerary, however the itinerary seems to disappear once it's past the date.
