It looks like our friends at forum-favorite La Gloriette may have suffered some storm damage.



You know, speaking of La Gloriette, it seems to be one of the very few dining establishments on our favorite island to receive only positive reviews.

I'm wishing Peter, Sandra and staff a speedy recovery.

Cass, what's NOT to love about toes in the sand, Rosay in hand and that divine Exotic Salad on the tongue? Watching the seabirds swoop and hover over Grand Cul du Sac attempting to avoid the windsurfers is pretty cool, too. Oh, and the friendliness of the staff doesn't suck either. ....just my opinion, however.

I saw a video of GCDS on Instagram. Between the wind, the waves and the seaweed, it was a total mess

La Gloriette is consistently good- what with a rum in hand and fresh fish with feet in the sand, life is good!
