Senior Insider
Met the MacDonalds, Julie and Bruce, at La Carre. Franck has had a very good year and a very nice vacation and he is happy and enthusiastic as he comes to the tables to explain the night's menu.

The pretty orange colored amusee is a cool coconut and carrot gazpacho. Next to it is the large arugula and Parmesan salad.Below is the zucchini gazpacho with goat cheese and the tasty and crunchy pan com-paninis with tomatoes, Iberica ham and chopped tomatoes.

Cool breezes tonight made dinner in this unique setting a delightful dining experience.

Don't recall seeing mérou often on Saint-Barth menus. Obviously, some local species have been implicated in ciguatera poisoning.
Photos look great, guys!

This restaurant will be called ....the one that got away...from us this year. On the TO DO list for next year!
