I think most places will be open this summer. Can't think of any that closed until late August other than Baz last year.

That would be my guess. There's too much money on the line for it to be a permanent thing.

Restaurant Océan will take a summer break from 1 June - 19 June, reopening the 20th.

How does tourism in SBH in the summer compare to the peak time in the winter? Do restaurants actually make money in the summer? People have told us the Europeans are predominant there in the summer while in the winter, people come from all over?
