Well, it was the Roasted Filet of Veal with Turnip/Portobelo/Chestnut Ravioli. It was excellent.

We were there Friday night and it was excellent! Can't wait to go back

Sat- L'Isola
Sun- Santa Fe
Mon- Wall House
Still trying to make a decision on tonight!
 
Kevin you sure did justice to whatever was on Jean Claude's preparation! I just adore his food and the chef!
 
My favorite kind of plate on St Barth....the empty one. Because that means I am satieted and in a euphoric state heading into food coma, especially at L'Espirit with JCD in the kitchen.
