We recently saw a honey truck pumping out the honey from a Villa in Point Milou. We have asked several long term Villa owners and others about where the honey goes. No one knew or maybe did not want to know. What is the answer?
Back on the mainland we know there are honey treatment plants. and Isn't the leftover just pumped back into the water system somewhere- either rivers or drinking? We also wondered about what really happens out at sea with say the larger boats we see in Gustavia? We know there are pumping stations but it sure is easy, with nobody else around, to just 'let it fly.' We recall- was it Carnival cruise Lines- who got caught for dumping?
