These two were parked in front of La Plage today at lunch. We couldn't make a decision so decided to keep looking.

Were the anchored in the flight path or just close to it?

I would say that they were several hundred yards off the flight path that is now delineated by Orange markers. So of course, the latest game for the wind surfers is to cut across the markers as close to the runway as they can get. Sometimes, you just gotta wonder!!!
