Is this a good airfare from NY?

Hi, I'm looking at the nonstop from NY area to SXM for last week of August and am getting $559 for JFK nonstop on Delta and $558 for JetBlue out of JFK also..Is this a good price or should I wait a bit for it to go down? Anyone have experience with summer airfares out of NY?

We travel in July, and the summer fares are very often higher than the winter. I just checked Delta and the current coach price is $473, and that actually looks decent. We paid $550, including extra space seats, on JetBlue for this July.
